Process Design

（1）Base-layer: clean the surface of the concrete, and keep drying and flat.

（2）Primary coat: use roller painting the primary coating material on the floor, which can strengthen the base layer.

（3）Scraping:Mixing Epoxy resin materials and fine quartz powder, scraping the mixing material on the floor.

（4）Top coating: use roller painting the material on the floor with the crossing manner.

（5）Maintenance: close the door and window, it will be walkable after 24 hours and it can suffer the heavy stress after 96 hours.

     （4）面涂：用滚桶均匀地滚涂在地面上，十字法。

     （5）保养：关闭门窗，24小时可走人，96小时可重压。
